What is in the audit

Six things, each with the fix next to it

01

Profile completeness score

20 checks on categories, hours, holiday hours, description, services, photos, posts and links, with the fix for each one you miss.

02

You against the map pack

Rating, review count, reviews in the last 90 days, reply rate, photos, categories and posts, side by side with the 3 businesses Google shows above you.

03

Where you show up

Your position on the map list for 3 searches your customers use, checked from a location in your service area.

04

Unanswered reviews

How many reviews have no reply from you, split by star rating, with the negative ones first.

05

5 replies written for you

Drafted replies to 5 of your open reviews, short and specific to what each customer said, ready to paste.

06

A 30-day action list

Week by week, with the time each step takes. Most of the fixes cost nothing but an hour of your time.

Why these checks

They are the things Google says it looks at

Google does not publish its ranking formula, but its own help page for business owners names the basics. The audit measures you on those, against the businesses that currently win your searches.

Source: Google Business Profile Help, "Tips to improve your local ranking on Google", read 15 October 2026.

  • "Businesses with complete and accurate info are more likely to show up in local search results."
  • "More reviews and positive ratings can help your business's local ranking."
  • "When you reply to customer reviews, it shows that you value their feedback."
  • "There's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking on Google." So we do not promise one either.

This sample is for an invented HVAC company in Boise, Idaho. The business, its competitors, the reviews and every number are made up to show the format. It is not a customer. A real audit names the 3 competing businesses and uses your live profile.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Do you need my Google login?

No. The audit uses your public Google Maps listing and your website. For the monthly reply service you can paste the replies in yourself, or add us as a manager on your profile, which Google lets owners do without sharing a password. You can remove us at any time.

Will this get me into the top 3 on the map?

We cannot promise that, and nobody honest can. Google says there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking, and distance from the searcher matters too. The audit shows the gaps between you and the businesses that rank above you, on the things Google says it uses, and the order to close them in.

Which competitors do you compare me with?

The 3 businesses Google shows in the map pack for your main searches, checked from a location in your service area. Tell us your searches when you order, or we pick the obvious ones for your trade and city.

Who writes the review replies?

An AI model writes the first draft and a person reads and edits every one before it reaches you. Replies are short, specific to what the customer said, and never argue, offer discounts or stuff in keywords.

Is this for my type of business?

It suits US local service businesses with a Google Business Profile: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, dental, cleaning, landscaping and similar. If you have more than 3 locations, email us for a quote.

How long does it take?

Within 2 working days of payment, Monday to Friday. You get the PDF by email.
